Ingredients

1 x tomato juice can
1 x water
1 pound ground beef
1/2 each cabbage head
3 each beef bouillon cubes
1 package mixed vegetables frozen

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain.

Shred or chop cabbage. Add cabbage to ground beef.

Add can of tomato juice and fill can with water, add water.

Add bouillon cubes and mixed vegetables.

Simmer, for about 2 hours until cabbage is tender.
