25 minTake everything you love about a chewy oatmeal cookie and throw in a handful of crushed pineapple. That’s the whole move, and it works.
The pineapple keeps these cookies soft and moist on the inside while the edges get that golden, slightly crispy thing going on. Cinnamon and nutmeg bring the warmth, chopped nuts add the crunch.
