10 minWhether you are fueling up before a Starfleet mission or just need a seriously loaded lunch, Tribble’s Banquet delivers.
Pile tender shredded chicken and sliced corned beef onto sturdy rye bread with a blanket of melty Swiss cheese, then crown it all with a bright, crunchy homemade coleslaw spiked with lemon juice and scallions.
It is a deli-style sandwich that hits every note: savory, tangy, creamy, and crisp in a single messy, glorious bite.
Kitchen Tips
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken to skip the cooking step entirely and get this on the table in minutes.
- Shred the cabbage and carrots thin so the coleslaw tucks neatly into the sandwich without sliding out.
- Toast the rye bread lightly to add crunch and keep the bread from getting soggy under the slaw.
