Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon liquid egg substitute
1 cup bread crumbs whole wheat
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup walnuts finely chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds lightly roasted
1/2 cup millet or brown rice, pre-cooked
2 tablespoons almond oil
2 tablespoons parsley leaves
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon rosemary leaves ground
1/2 pound tofu crumbled

Directions

Mix the water and egg replacer together.

Blend the remaining ingredients, except for the tofu, in a food processor.

Process until well mixed, then stir in the tofu.

Form into 8 patties. Place on grill or in frying pan and grill until browned on both sides.
