| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 1 | tablespoon | liquid egg substitute | |
| 1 | cup | bread crumbs | whole wheat |
| 1/2 | cup | almond butter | |
| 1/2 | cup | walnuts | finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | sunflower seeds | lightly roasted |
| 1/2 | cup | millet | or brown rice, pre-cooked |
| 2 | tablespoons | almond oil | |
| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | |
| 1 | tablespoon | onion powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | thyme | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | marjoram | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | sea salt | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | rosemary leaves | ground |
| 1/2 | pound | tofu | crumbled |
Mix the water and egg replacer together.
Blend the remaining ingredients, except for the tofu, in a food processor.
Process until well mixed, then stir in the tofu.
Form into 8 patties. Place on grill or in frying pan and grill until browned on both sides.
