Ingredients

1 each beef, steak tenderized
1 x vegetable oil for browning meat
1 x onions sliced
1 each garlic chopped
1 x ketchup
1 x water if neccessary

Directions

Brown meat, onions, garlic in large pot.

Smother with ketchup.

Cover pan and cook slowly until meat is tender.

Add water if necessary

Shrimp Paesano

Was very fast to prepare once the shrimp was marinated. Makes for great presentation and texture makes this dish a keeper. We served with some linguine and crusty italian bread.
