Ingredients

3 pounds beef, blade steak
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 each onions chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups water boiling
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and brown the meat. Add the onion and cook until they are soft.

Add the salt and boiling water and cook, covered, for two Add the lemon juice and brown sugar, mix well, cover.

Serve with fluffy rice.
