Ingredients

1	pint	strawberries
1	pint	cream	whipping
1/4	cup	sugar

Directions

Place strawberries in a bowl.

Whip the cream and, when it begins to thicken, add the sugar.

Whip until quite thick and pipe through a pastry bag onto the strawberries.
