2 pinch salt
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons olive oil
Lasagne
8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
2 1/2 pounds tomatoes fresh or canned, peeled, seeded, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
1 small onion finely diced
2 each garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 teaspoons marjoram fresh, or oregano
1/2 cup red wine
1 x sugar if needed
1 x red wine vinegar
Spinachcheese filling
3 small spinach bunches
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion finely diced
2 each garlic cloves minced
1 x salt pepper and nutmeg
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 large eggs
1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated freshly grated
3 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest minced or grated
Bechamel
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose
1 cup milk
1 x salt pepper and nutmeg

Charcoaled Squid - Pla Muk Yang *

Similar ingredients to other Thau recipes I have cooked, however, I am not familiar with the procedure charcoal Broil? This could be a stumbling block for others also. Other recipes I have cooked with this combo have turned out very nice.
