| 5 | pounds | turkey breast | lean, ground |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | green bell pepper | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | celery | chopped |
| 16 | ounces | tomato sauce | no salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | vinegar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | brown sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 6 | each | hamburger buns | reduced calorie |
Spray large skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat about 30 seconds. Crumble extra lean ground turkey breast into skillet. Add onion, bell pepper and celery. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Reduce heat to low. Cook 25 to 30 minutes until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Serve on hamburger buns.

good for those requiring a non wheat, dairy free diet - i added seeds and served with freshly sliced orange and a little juice to moisten - can be put together easily and quickly. nice
