Ingredients

2/3 cup plum sauce
2 tablespoons sherry dry
1 teaspoon oriental sesame sauce
2 tablespoons peanut oil pressed
2 each garlic cloves minced or pressed
1/4 cup cilantro leaves fresh, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper dried, crushed
2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce, sodium reduced
1 tablespoon ginger root grated

Directions

Combine the plum sauce, hoisin, sherry and soy sauce in a non-reactive mixing bowl.

Whisk in the oils a little at a time. Add the ginger, garlic, cilantro and chili pepper.
