| 2/3 | cup | plum sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | sherry | dry |
| 1 | teaspoon | oriental sesame sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | peanut oil | pressed |
| 2 | each | garlic cloves | minced or pressed |
| 1/4 | cup | cilantro leaves | fresh, chopped |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | red chili pepper | dried, crushed |
| 2 | teaspoons | hoisin sauce | |
| 1 | tablespoon | soy sauce, sodium reduced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | ginger root | grated |
Combine the plum sauce, hoisin, sherry and soy sauce in a non-reactive mixing bowl.
Whisk in the oils a little at a time. Add the ginger, garlic, cilantro and chili pepper.
