Ingredients

2/3cup plum sauce
2tablespoons sherry dry
1teaspoon oriental sesame sauce
2tablespoons peanut oil pressed
2each garlic cloves minced or pressed
1/4cup cilantro leaves fresh, chopped
1/2teaspoon red chili pepper dried, crushed
2teaspoons hoisin sauce
1tablespoon soy sauce, sodium reduced
1tablespoon ginger root grated

Directions

Combine the plum sauce, hoisin, sherry and soy sauce in a non-reactive mixing bowl.

Whisk in the oils a little at a time. Add the ginger, garlic, cilantro and chili pepper.
