Ingredients

salad
1 cup wild onions or leeks, well chopped
1 quart watercress
1/4 each sorrel leaves sheep or wood
1 1/2 cups dandelion flowers
dressing
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Toss together the salad ingredients.

Combine the dressing ingredients and mix well.

Toss the salad in the dressing and serve.

Swiss Steak (3 Versions, Stove Top, Crockpot, Oven)

I found this to be rather bland so I used a can of stewed tomatoes Italian blend. Even with this addition it still needs some more seasoning. I will add mushrooms next time. With a little practice this could be a winner!
