| 1 1/2 | cups | oatmeal | rolled, uncooked |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1 1/4 | each | orange | pamelas, finely chopped |
| 1 | x | cookie dough | basic, brown sugar |
Add the oatmeal, cinnamon, and orange Pamelas to the dough and beat well.
Drop by spoonful onto lightly buttered well-seasoned or nonstick pans or use paper to line the pans.
Bake in an oven preheated to 375 degrees F. for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let cool on the baking sheet 2 or 3 minutes, then remove to a rack.
Store airtight.
