Spread margarine on rolls; lightly sprinkle on Garlic Powder with Parlsey.
Toast under broiler until just golden.
Spread each with refried beans and salsa.
Top with cheese. Place under broiler to melt cheese.
PRESENTATION: Serve with guacamole.
