Ingredients

Large loaf
1 1/4 cups water
3 tablespoons margarine
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/3 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup potatoes, instant
1 cup bread flour
2 cups pastry flour, whole wheat
1 tablespoon gluten flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
1/3 cup sunflower seeds optional

Directions

This is a result of my own expirmentation.

I cooked it in my Zoji on on the light crust setting and the basic white bread cycle.

I added the sunflower seeds thirty minutes after starting.

Made a beautiful loaf, almost to the top of the pan.

Keeps well and slices nicely.
