| 1 | pound | beef round steak | ground |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | white pepper | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 3 | tablespoons | garlic sauce | with cajun |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 4 | tablespoons | bread crumbs | italian style |
| 1 | teaspoon | old bay seasoning | |
| 1 | can | mushrooms | |
| 4 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | onion powder |
Saute mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter.
Mix ground beef with spices thoroughly.
Fashion into thin patties, 1/4 inch thick, 5 inches in diameter as they will shrink and get thicker after grilling.
Grill until desired doneness.
Garnish with mushrooms, tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese and lettuce.
Serve on an onion roll.

The other night at the restaurant where I work, the executive chef admonished one of the other chefs for not applying enough...
This recipe was very quick and easy. It was something different to do with ground beef, and it is quite tasty. I will definately make it again! Thank You!!
