Ingredients

1 cup horseradish
1/2 cup vinegar
3 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 ounces fruit pectin, liquid 1/2 of one bottle

Directions

Combine horseradish, vinegar, and sugar.

Stir.

Heat rapidly to full rolling boil.

Add fruit pectin.

Stirring constantly, heat again to full rolling boil.

Boil 1/2 minute.

Remove from fire.

Let stand 1minute.

Skim.

Let cool.
