| 1 1/2 | ounces | fruit pectin, liquid | 1/2 of one bottle |
Combine horseradish, vinegar, and sugar.
Stir.
Heat rapidly to full rolling boil.
Add fruit pectin.
Stirring constantly, heat again to full rolling boil.
Boil 1/2 minute.
Remove from fire.
Let stand 1minute.
Skim.
Let cool.
