| 1 | package | cake mix, angel food | |
| 1 | quart | yogurt | frozen, softened, any flavor |
| 8 | ounces | whipped topping, prepared | frozen, thawed |
| 1 | x | fruit | fresh, for garnish |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare,bake and cool cake following package directions.
freeze for several hours or overnight.
Cut frozen cake horizontally into thirds.
Place bottom cake layer on serving plate.
Spread with half the yogurt.
Top with middle layer.
Spread with remaining yogurt.
Place top cake layer on yogurt.
Spread sides and top with whipped topping.
Freeze for 2 or 3 hours or until ready to serve.
Garnish with fresh fruit.
TIP: Fill cake with you favorite flavor of yogurt, coordinate your fruit garnish with the yogurt flavor.
For example, use peach slices with peach yogurt or strawberry slices with strawberry yogurt.
