| 1 | cup | soy oil | |
| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 16 | ounces | pumpkin (canned) | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/2 | cup | soy flour | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 10x15x1 inch pan with non-stick spray.
In large bowl, combine sugar, eggs and oil. Add pumpkin and mix thoroughly.
Combine flours and spices and stir into pumpkin mixture.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tester comes out clean from middle of pan.

Very yummy, we tried it yesterday, we roasted green bell peppers by our own, and the dip was pretty tasty. Nice recipe.
