Ham and Spinach Focaccia Sandwiches

This is a fantastic sandwich recipe, very light and very tasty.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons mayonnaise, light
2 tablespoons basil chopped fresh
2 teaspoons sprinkles sun-dried tomato
1/4 teaspoon sweet red bell pepper crushed
1 each focaccia (8-inch) round focaccia (about 8 ounces)
8 ounces deli ham smoked, thinly sliced
7 ounces sweet red bell peppers drained and sliced
1 cup spinach leaves

Directions

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.

Cut bread in half horizontally.

Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the cut sides of bread.

Place ham over bottom half of bread.

Top with peppers and spinach, and cover with top half of bread.

Cut the sandwich crosswise into 4 wedges.
