| 3 | tablespoons | mayonnaise, light | |
| 2 | tablespoons | basil | chopped fresh |
| 2 | teaspoons | sprinkles | sun-dried tomato |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | sweet red bell pepper | crushed |
| 1 | each | focaccia | (8-inch) round focaccia (about 8 ounces) |
| 8 | ounces | deli ham | smoked, thinly sliced |
| 7 | ounces | sweet red bell peppers | drained and sliced |
| 1 | cup | spinach leaves |
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
Cut bread in half horizontally.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the cut sides of bread.
Place ham over bottom half of bread.
Top with peppers and spinach, and cover with top half of bread.
Cut the sandwich crosswise into 4 wedges.

General:Basil is a bright green, leafy plant, Ocimum basilicum, which is in the mint family....
If you add a quartered bell pepper when you add everything to the pot it adds tremendous flavor.
