| 2 | tablespoons | cream cheese | chive and onion flavoured |
| 1 | x | pickles, gherkins | sweet |
Lay ham on waxed paper to form a 7x8 inch rectangle.
Spread with chive-and-onion flavored cream cheese.
Lay a row of small, sweet pickled gherkins along short side.
Roll ham tightly around pickles.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight. Slice diagonally into 1-inch pieces.

Wow! My picky husband and son loved this! I used skinless/boneless chicken breasts and baked for about 15 minutes. Fast and easy recipe. Will add to my permanent rotation.
