Grilled Chicken Taco Soup

The grilled chicken adds the “pop” to this traditional tex-mex recipe. I made this on game day for my boyfriend and me, and it was a hit!

Directions
Grill 2 to 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.
Cut chicken into smaller pieces.
In Crockpot combine:
2 cans Diced Tomatos 2 cans Chili beans 2 cans Pinto beans 1 can corn 1 can rotel Taco seasoning packet Ranch dressing seasoning packet Chicken
Cook on medium for a couple of hours. Serve with jalepenoes, cheese, and tortilla chips.
