Ingredients

1 cup chicken broth
1 x nonstick cooking spray
1 each turkey breast frozen
1 x salt to taste
1 x black pepper to taste
1 x carrots chunked (optional)
1 x potatoes chunked (optional)
1 x onions chunked (optional)

Directions

Place breast in pot, pour broth over it, add salt and pepper. Cook on low 8-10 hours.

NOTE: Vegetables may be placed around and under the turkey if desired.

All-Day-Long Crockpot Beef

My husband and I really like this. It is so tasty with the steak sauce tomato juice and worchestishire sauce. I doubled it for a large crock pot and otherwise followed it to a t. We will make it again.
