Ingredients

1/2 pound crab meat fresh, drained, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon barbecue sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 x wonton wrappers
1 each egg yolk beaten

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients.

Mix to a paste-like consistency.

Place rounded spoonful of mixture in center of each wrapper.

Bring 4 corners of wrapper together.

Seal in egg yolk and pinch to seal.

Deep fry at 375 degrees F. till golden brown.

Serve with sweet and sour sauce or Chinese mustard.

Leftovers do not keep well. Do not freeze.

Chinese Egg Rolls

TRIED THIS RECIPE WAS GREAT NOT HAS HARD HAS IT LOOKS TO DO. TIME IS REALLY UP TO THE PREPARATION YOU DO. I DID MOST OF THE CUTTING OF FOOD ITEMS THE NIGHT BEFORE AND THEN IT WAS JUST REALLY EASY AFTER THAT. THEY TASTED GREAT.
