Ingredients

Base
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
3 tablespoons margarine melted
Body
24 ounce cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour, all-purpose
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate (semi-sweet) mini pieces

Directions

BASE: Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Bake at 350, 10 minutes.

BODY: Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Blend in sour cream and vanilla.

Stir in chocolate pieces; pour over crust.

Bake at 325, 55 minutes.

Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

Chill.

Garnish with whipped cream and fresh mint, if desired.

Roasted Corn tossed Basil Shallot Vinaigrette

Yummy. My husband is not a corn fan as I. But he was impressed by this delicious baked corn recipe, I also used the balsamic vinegar instead of the red wine vinegar, I will make it again, next time I will use the red wine vinegar to compare.
