Ingredients

1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/4 cups vanilla wafers finely crushed
1 cup walnuts ground
1 tablespoon bourbon whiskey
1 x sugar

Directions

Mix chocolate chips and honey in 1-1/2-quart casserole or bowl.

Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes or until chips are melted; stir.

Stir in vanilla wafers, walnuts and whiskey.

Shape into 1-inch balls.

Roll balls in sugar.

Store in tightly covered container up to 10 days.

Flavor will continue to develop as they stand.

Pumpkin Oat Bran Muffins

These are great heated with margarine! Cinnamon may be substituted for pumpkin pie spice. Bake these muffins at around 375-400 if you have a hot oven like I do, and only bake for 15-20 minutes. Great recipe!
