| 7 | ounces | tuna fish | canned, in water, drained, flaked |
| 1 | cup | celery | diced |
| 1/2 | cup | onions | minced |
| 3 | tablespoons | margarine | |
| 1 | each | soup, cream of mushroom | can, condensed |
| 1 | each | bean sprouts | 16 oz can, drained |
| 1 | tablespoon | soy sauce | |
| 1 | cup | cashew nuts | coarsely chopped |
| 10 | ounces | chow mein noodles | canned |
Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles in crockpot; stir well. Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 9 hours.
Serve over chow mein noodles.
