| 4 | each | chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless | cooked, chopped |
| 2 | cups | couscous | dry |
| 2 3/4 | cups | chicken broth | fat-free, boiling |
| 1/2 | cup | golden raisins | |
| 1/2 | cup | almonds | toasted, slivered |
| 2 | each | apples | peeled, chopped |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | coriander | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | ground |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | cloves | ground |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a 9x13x2 inch glass baking pan .
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
