Ingredients

4 each chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless cooked, chopped
2 cups couscous dry
2 3/4 cups chicken broth fat-free, boiling
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup almonds toasted, slivered
2 each apples peeled, chopped
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1/8 teaspoon cloves ground

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in a 9x13x2 inch glass baking pan .

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
