| 1 2/3 | cups | chicken meat, cooked | chopped |
| 1 1/8 | cups | cheddar cheese | shredded |
| 9/16 | cups | celery | finely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | green bell pepper | |
| 1 1/8 | Green | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 1 1/8 | tablespoons | pimentos | chopped |
| 9/16 | cups | mayonnaise | |
| 9/16 | cups | yogurt, plain | |
| 1 | x | salt | to taste |
| 1 | x | black pepper | to taste |
| 1 | x | bread | |
| 1 | x | lettuce |
Combine chicken, cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, pimiento, mayonnaise and yogurt.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve on rolls with lettuce.
