Ingredients

2 1/2 cups rice brown, cooked
3 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat 1%)
1 teaspoon dill weed dried
1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
1/2 cup milk 1%

Directions

Combine all in a mixing bowl. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.

Chicken Fried Rice
