Ingredients

2 cups flour, all-purpose
1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
2 large eggs beaten
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen

Directions

Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.

Cut in the shortening.

Combine eggs with milk and sugar.

Combine flour mixture with wet ingredients.

Flour berries and fold gently into batter.

Bake in greased loaf pan one hour at 350 degrees.

Chicken And Turkey Sausage Gumbo

Sounds like a pretty good recipe except for that turkey sausage. I'd prefer another kind. Lots of garlic would also do the recipe wonders. Besides that, looks pretty good to me! I'd give it a try instead of mine one time just to see.
