Ingredients

15 ounces black beans canned, rinsed, drained
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
6 each corn tortillas 6 inch
1/4 cup cilantro minced fresh
1 each lime cut into six wedges
2 cans green chili peppers undrained, 4 oz each
3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 x salsa

Directions

Mash beans; add chili powder, stirring well.

Spread about three tablespoons bean mixture on each tortilla.

Sprinkle with cilantro, and squeeze 1 lime wedge over each.

Top each tortilla with 2 tablespoons green chiles and 2 tablespoons cheese.

Bake tortillas at 450~ for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Serve with fresh salsa.
