| 1 | tablespoon | olive oil | |
| 1 | cup | onions | chopped |
| 3/4 | cup | cornmeal | yellow |
| 2 | teaspoons | chili powder | |
| 1 3/4 | cups | soy milk | light |
| 1 | pound | beans | black, canned rinsed and drained |
| 1 | pound | corn | kernel, canned drained |
| 1 | pound | tomatoes, stewed, canned | |
| 4 | ounces | chilies | green, canned |
| 1/4 | cup | nutritional yeast | cheesy sauce |
Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly oil an 8-inch square baking pan or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheesy sauce.
Mix well. Place in prepared pan.
Drop cheesy sauce on top by spoonfuls.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
