Ingredients

4 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup flour, all-purpose
1 can chocolate syrup
1 cup nuts chopped

Directions

Mix eggs, sugar and butter well in large bowl of electric mixer.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degree F in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Cool and frost with: 1 Cup sugar, 6 Tablespoons butter, 6 Tablespoons milk.

Mix and bring to boil.

Boil 1 minute.

Remove from heat and add 1 cup chocolate chips .

Beat with a spoon until thickened.
