| 1 | pound | hot chili peppers | |
| 1 | x | olive oil | |
| 3-4 | each | garlic cloves | chopped |
| 1 | small | italian plum (roma) tomatoes | can |
| 1 | x | salt |
Saute peppers and garlic in oil for about 10 minutes. Crush 2-3 tomatoes with fork and add to fry pan. Saute for another 20 minutes. Season with salt.

All my family love cookies, so I always try to look for some low-fat, low calories but still yummy cookie recipes, this one definetly is my keeper, the cookies look beautiful and they are delicious too. I will make them again at Christmas.
