| 7 | medium | tomatoes | skinned, coarsely chopped |
| 8 | ounces | angel hair pasta | |
| 3 | tablespoons | olive oil | |
| 1/3 | cup | basil | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | parsley leaves | chopped |
| 2 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | minced |
| 1/3 | cup | green olives | sliced |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper |
Cook and drain the pasta.
In a serving bowl, combine the pasta with the tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
Toss and serve immediately.
NOTE: In place of green olives, use black olives, same amount.
