Ingredients

7 medium tomatoes skinned, coarsely chopped
8 ounces angel hair pasta
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup basil chopped
1/4 cup parsley leaves chopped
2 each scallions, spring or green onions minced
1/3 cup green olives sliced
1 x salt and black pepper

Directions

Cook and drain the pasta.

In a serving bowl, combine the pasta with the tomatoes and remaining ingredients.

Toss and serve immediately.

NOTE: In place of green olives, use black olives, same amount.
