This recipe works well in any of the NuWave ovens. I cook it in my NuWave Mini.

2 frozen tilapia fillets
Smoked Sea Salt
Ground Pepper
Olive Oil

In the Mini, ensure the rack is on top height in order to place fillets closest to the heating element.

Place frozen fillets on rack. Spray with Olive Oil (Or other choice)
Sprinkle with Smoked Sea Salt and Pepper.
Cook on PL-HI for 8 minutes. In the Elite, set it for 350.

Using a large spatula, gently turn tilapia over.
Sprinkle a tad more pepper. No more salt is needed.
Spray with some more olive oil
Cook on PL-HI for 8 more minutes. In the Elite, set it for 350.

Yummy! The best 35 calories per ounce meat you can enjoy!

Cinnamon-Apple Cake
----------------------------------------
----------------------------------------
Yields: 12 slices

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups sugar, divided
1/2 cup stick margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 ounces block-style fat-free cream cheese, softened (about 3/4 of an 8 ounce block)
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cups peeled chopped red (rome) apple (about 2 large)
cooking spray

Directions:

1. Beat 1 1/2 cups sugar, margarine, vanilla, and cream cheese at medium speed of a mixer until well blended (about 4 minutes). Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, beating at low speed until blended.

2. Combine remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon; stir well. Combine 2 tablespoons cinnamon mixture and apple in a bowl; stir apple mixture into batter. Pour batter into an 8 or 9-inch springform pan coated with cooking spray, and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture.

3. Using the extender ring, place on 2" rack and bake on PL-HI for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake pulls away from the sides of the pan. Let cool completely before serving.

4. Note: You can also make this cake in a 9-inch square cake pan.
