i had a recipe for Italian chicken that was in woman's world that i have made a couple times but now i can't find it and that is what my son in law wants for his birthday dinner. can anyone help me out??
Tender Italian Baked Chicken

"This baked chicken recipe is ready in just 30 minutes. An easy breadcrumb and Parmesan coating keeps each chicken breast moist and delicious."
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
halves
Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken into the mayonnaise mixture, then into the bread crumbs to coat. Arrange coated chicken on a baking sheet.
3.
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear and coating is golden brown.

Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken
Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
*2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
*1 pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 8oz pkg low fat cream cheese
*1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
*3 cups cooked white, long grain rice
Directions
*1. Place chicken in crock pot
*2. Mix together Italian dressing mix and water. Pour over chicken.
*3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours OR low for 8 hours.
*4. Mix together cream cheese and soup in separate bowl.
*5. Carefully remove chicken from crock pot to plate.
*6. Pour cream cheese/soup mixture into crock pot and mix together with dressing in bottom.
*7. Return chicken to crock pot and mix gently to shred the chicken.
*8. Cook on LOW until heated through.
*Serve with rice or noodles.
**You may add skim or low fat milk in very small quantities to thin the sauce a little. It does not significantly affect the nutritional value if you use up to 2 tablespoons**
Makes 6 servings. Approximately 2/3 cup mixture with 1/2 cup rice.
This recipe can be made with FAT FREE cream cheese and it saves about 6 grams of fat. However, I feel that the dish benefits from the flavor of the low fat over the fat free.

ITALIAN CHICKEN
3-4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
3/4 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder and salt.
Dip chicken in Italian dressing, roll in dry mixture.
Lightly spray Pam cooking spray in baking dish. Place chicken in dish.
Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees and uncovered for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
•6 each chicken thighs and drumsticks (about 3 1/2 lb)
•6 small up to 8 red potatoes (1 1/2 lb), quartered
•3 yellow and 2 red bell peppers, cored and quartered
•2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
•2 tablespoon(s) Italian seasoning
•2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
•1 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
•1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Directions
1.Heat oven to 450°F. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with nonstick foil.
2.Divide chicken, potatoes and peppers between prepared pans.
Drizzle each with 1 Tbsp olive oil; sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
Toss well to coat evenly. Spread in one layer.
3.Roast pans side by side, turning chicken and vegetables once, 30 to 35 minutes until a
meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thighs, not touching bone, registers 175°F and potatoes are tender and browned.
4.Reserve and wrap 2 each thighs and drumsticks and 4 yellow pepper quarters.
Refrigerate up to 2 days. Serve remaining chicken and vegetables.
