I got the recipe for shabu shabu and it said to look up "dipping sauces" to complete the recipe. I couldn't find any dipping sauce for this. Any ideas?

NORI AND PORK ROLLS
shabu shabu or thin cut pork
slices
pickled Japanese plum (ume)
Take ume meat and smear on one side of pork slices.
Place a nori slice over this and roll as for jellyrolls. Dip
in flour and egg, then in panko. Deep fry and cut into rounds
to serve. Makes a delightful appetizer.
CHINESE PLUM SAUCE
1/2 c. plum jam
1/4 c. chutney
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; cook until
thoroughly heated. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 3/4 cup.
Commercial Chinese plum sauce may be substituted, if
desired.
