For years I have been searching for a Tuna Rice cassrole I made as a child in the 1950's when Minute rice was first popular..It called for canned green peas,I think cream of mushroom soup, potato chips, rice & Tuna..The key was the way it was layered and baked..Please help if you can..I can't believe no one else remembers this recipe!!! Thanks..Thelma

1 pkg. frozen peas or 1 can peas
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice
Crushed potato chips or corn flakes
In saucepan, combine mushroom soup with milk until smooth. Add tuna, cooked peas, salt, pepper and rice. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle potato chips or corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
