7-Up Refrigerator Dough *
1 ½ 355
CUPS ML FRUIT PRESERVES
pineapple *
1 237
CUP ML COCONUT
flaked *

Directions

Pre-heat oven 375℉ (190℃).

Press dough into greased 9×13 inch cake pan.

Spread preserves evenly over dough.

Sprinkle coconut on top. Cover; let rise in warm place until double, about 30 minutes.

Bake at 375℉ (190℃) for 25 to 30 minutes.

If coconut gets too brown, cover loosely with foil last 5 to 10 minutes of baking.

Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove from pan.

Serve warm or cold.
