My family of 3 boys and my husband refuse to eat anything "healthy"...well I made this tvp chili, but did not tell them what was in it. Well between the 4 of them they finished the pot. So excellent!! Easily used to "fool" non vegetarians!

The flavor was amazing, the aroma during the cooking filled up our entire house. We used chicken broth instead of beef broth and water, and it made a very tasty base for the soup. A few slices of good bread was all we served with this soup. YUM!

You can bake these small casseroles in individual baking dishes or even a muffin pan, or you can use regular casserole and extend the cooking time. A great breakfast.

Beet greens are sauteed with ginger, garlic, scallions and tossed with soy sauce, chili bean sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. A tasty and light stir-fry that can be served as a side dish or with some rice, or a few slices of bread to become a light meal.

This is a very bold mix of good tastes. I was happy to cook this meal for my friends. Everyone said they never thought of that before. Four stars.
