A veggie hating friend was over dinner and declared "wow, if my mom made vegetables like this!" as he went for seconds. The maple coated cashews are excellent in this recipe and the gentle touch of sweetness balanced with the curry is great.
This is my version of the wonderful dish known as General Tso's Chicken (sometimes also called General Chicken.) I use quite a bit of ground chilies in my recipe. (If you prefer a milder version just reduce the amount of ground chilies.)

An easy and simply delicious salad.
Quite nice, very soft creamy and delicate texture inside the cakes. The sweet and slightly spicy parsnip and sweet corn work well together. We served them with some homemade sweet chili sauce.
This classic favorite is perfect with a cup of tea or coffee. No need to spend $3 for a slice at Starbucks, it's much better to make it yourself.
Next time make your own sauerkraut instead of store-bought, it's so easy to make, and there is no comparison between this two versions. Homemade one tastes a lot better, I just made my second bunch. I finished the first bunch within 3 days :-)
My wife has an excellent recipe for White Bread brought to this country from her grandmother who was originally from Poland. Makes 5 loaves. Typically, this style of bread would be served with baked ham. However it can go with almost anything. Stale leftovers can make excellent French toast.
Cheesy, moist and very flavorful. The combination of mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil pesto make this delicious bread. The bread itself tastes absolutely divine.
This spicy and sweet mango chuntney goes very well with the corn flatbread, you can also use pineapple too.
This is an excellent way to prepare beets. Reminiscent of potato pancakes, shredded beets and carrots are mixed with eggs and then cooked in a skillet until crispy on the outside. The earthy sweetness of the beets go perfectly with the creamy yogurt dill sauce, simply delicious!
