These fritters were very tasty. Made these fritters for dinner the other day, I added 1 chopped scallions and 1 small fresh red chili pepper and also made a chipotle chili and toasted cumin sour cream dip to accompany the fritters, yum!

THis one was yummy.I heeded the advice of those who went before and used plenty of salt and also coarse chopped the spinach before cooking and skipped the processing. I didn't have any ricotta or tomato in the house and was dying to try it so I substituted extra firm silken tofu and just skipped the tomato. It was still delicious!

Loved the idea of infusing curry, chili powder and cumin seeds in the oil, which made the curry oil so flavorful. The combination of apples, bell peppers, celeries, raisins, and peas (I used peas instead of snow peas) was delicious with the curried rice.

This flavorful dish can be served as a main entree or side dish, hot, at room temperature or even cold.

A selection of root vegetables and herbs gives these veggie burgers excellent flavor and bits of hazelnuts and oats helps provide good texture.

These roasted sweet potatoes go perfectly with the smoky and mildly spiced tangy lime sour cream. Definitely inspires you to cook sweet potatoes more often!
