This decadent brownie recipe was recently clipped from my local newspaper.

This Mexican style enchilada casserole is loaded with flavor. Sauteed vegetables, spices and cheese make this casserole absolutely cheesy and delicious.

Feel too lazy to bake any cookies or cake for Easter. Make these crispy Easter nests that will for sure satisfy everyone. They are easy to make, and taste delicious.

There is nothing better than fresh hot cross buns' smell from the oven in the Easter morning, a few ingredients create these delicious buns, hot and fresh, a happy Easter day starts here...

I omitted the parsley and scallions (had none) and used chopped onion instead. I also added some red pepper flakes for some heat. I treated this as a marinade for my boneless, skinless breasts, which cut cut into strips and marinated overnight. I skewered the strips and grilled for 5-6 min. per side. Excellent flavor.

Enchilada casserole with a twist!

This desert, a cross between cake and sweet bread, is often baked for Easter.

An easy and great tasting way to use up any leftover stuffing from that Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey.

We loved it and used it in the Turkey Lasagna recipe.

Have some fun with dinner with this delicious recipe that will even have your kids commenting on your cooking skills! Quick easy and colorful. Shred the chicken with two forks flavored with tomatoes, onion and garlic. Top with your favorite toppings. Beats Taco Bell by leaps and bounds.

Buckwheat noodles with Asian flavors. Nutty sesame oil coats the noodles spiked with crunchy veggies topped with an Asian inspired dressing. This combination tastes better cold than hot making it a perfect make-ahead dish that's ready when you are. Adding crispy coated tofu and it's a main-dish meal with punch.

This mushroom and leek pizza may be a little bit different from the normal pizza, but they are delicous. Mushrooms are cooked with leeks, just perfect.

Veggie burgers with lentils, carrots, cashew with a hint of curry.

I added some pureed strawberries and a couple of drops of red food coloring to make the cake pink.
