These days it seems to be all the rage among my Facebook friends to post and repost ad nauseum a seemingly neverending list of recipes that SEEM like they might be super delicious. I haven't really saved any of them. Until now. I really really didn't want to lose this one so I'm sharing it with my colleagues on MY favorite recipe site. RecipeLand!

Christmas spice cookies: rolled-and-cut holiday cookies with ginger, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, and molasses. Soft or crunchy depending on bake time. Makes four dozen.

These pita bread was amazing. I made them for a pot-luck recently, and everyone couldn't believe that these pita bread was actually made from the scratch. I also made some roasted pepper hummus to go with it, and everyone just raved about how yummy they were.

Coffee chiffon cake folds whipped egg whites into a coffee-spiked oil and yolk batter for a tall, springy cake with deep coffee flavor and the airy crumb that defines chiffon.
