237 ml sunflower seeds

5 ml vegetable oil

1.3 ml salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 325℉ (160℃).

Mix sunflower seeds with oil only if salt is used.

Spread plain or oiled seeds on baking sheet.

Bake about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

(Watch carefully, these seeds brown quickly.)

Sprinkle oiled seeds with salt while hot.

Are these shelled seeds, or in the shell? I have found lots of recipes, but most don't say if they are in the shell or not. The only one that did was for pre-shelled seeds, but I'm looking for ones still in the shell. Thanks!
