Ingredients

½ cup bananas
sliced
½ cup mangos
papaya, or guava, *

2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  • Fruit should be of one kind listed and be chopped.

Place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in blender container; cover and process on high speed until smooth.

Strain if using mango.
