The Toasted Almond is one of those creamy after-dinner cocktails that drinks more like dessert than a drink. This version keeps it classic and easy: equal parts coffee liqueur and amaretto, lengthened with milk and poured over ice.

The coffee liqueur brings a dark, roasted sweetness, the amaretto layers in a warm, nutty almond flavor, and the milk softens it all into something smooth and sippable.

Built right over ice in the glass, it takes about a minute and needs no shaking or special tools.
