Ingredients

3 cups orange juice
cold, prefer freshly squeezed blood orange, but regular orange juice works fine
3 cups pomegranate juice
cold

750 millilitres sparkling wine
1 bottle

cup pomegranate seeds
optional

Directions

Mix together orange and pomegranate juices in a pitcher.

Divide among 10 glasses.

Top each with sparkling wine.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds if desired.
